We have 8 vendor spots available on our turf area positioned directly behind a public sidewalk with heavy Fiesta foot traffic for the Battle of the Flowers Parade on April 24th, 2026. The location is near the parade entrance, where thousands of attendees will be walking by all day. The space sits directly behind a busy public sidewalk where thousands of Fiesta attendees will pass through. Located near the parade entrance, the area is surrounded by large crowds seated along North Main Street, with stadium bleachers in Crockett Park only 100 yards away, making it an excellent high-visibility spot for vendors.

  • VENDOR TIME FRAME:

    • 8 AM - 2PM

    • Must arrive no earlier than 7:45 am

    • Must be packed up completely by 2:30 pm latest.

  • SPACE DIMENSIONS PER VENDOR:

    • 8ft wide X 6ft Depth

  • LEGALITIES:

    • Must provide permits, license & insurance

  • MARKETING:

    • Instagram Post on our business page (one post with all business logos).

    • Hang your business banner on our fence during parade.

  • APPLICATION & PAYMENT DETAILS:

    • Application must be approved.

    • Must pre-pay to RSVP a space.

    • First come first serve on location.

    • NO REFUNDS (ALL SALES ARE FINAL)
